Have S-OFF or Bootloader unlocked and custom recovery installed.
Copy .zip to sd-card and install from sd-card

I found another Chinese site with downloadable radios. Just use the Google translation. No need to register or anything else...maybe you'll have more success with this site...

The radio ways are different now, now it is just one file.
