urgent help needed with my x10i

i recently reset my settings without removing the data then i had this problem which that my phone keep awake by itself every 10 to 15 minutes and some times just after locking it .. it wake up by itself ..
i was installing the lock pot program and it was working fine with me - however i don't think it's relevant- then this problem happened so i uninstalled it but the problem stays ..
i don't know what to do but i think it something with the network settings or the 3g but i am not very good at these stuff..
so if anyone had this problem or knew about it please help

also it happens some times with the phone on like i am reading something i found the two lights between the home ,back and menu buttons keep blinking on there own !!!!!!

That typically happens in old stock ROM. Normally stopped once awhile if remove battery, reboot phone. Best way might replace with custom ROM. The light (Home light)u mentioned is following screen onoff together automatically.
