Please, can anyone upload ftf file with 4.0.4 or 4.0.3 , that has SI 1254-8966?

I have stock ICS 4.0.3 and will soon upload it.
For SI 1254-8966.
Problem is I use slow gprs connection so it may require some time.

That's 1254-8478. We need one with SI Code- 1254-8966.
If someone can please upload it.
I always get errors while trying to update from pcc or sus.

Learn the difference between CDF and SI.

That(link) is what you asked for, at least what OP asked for, 4.0.4 is not out yet.

ICS 4.0.4 is released in India 5th june
if you are on 4.0.3
just update OTA its just a 20 mb update to 4.0.4
