I guess adding

App/kineto.apk
App/GanOptimizer.apk
Lib/libkineto.so
Lib/libganril.so

Should help a lot do that and make a logcat and post it here so I could check the logcat for you

Basically the process from sensation to one x should be similar

Just pull the needed files from the stock ics release zip
Should be

wifi-calling apk
libganril.so
libkineto.so
lib_htcril.so
lib_ril.so

EDIT:
Big whoops I thought this was one s not one x

Don't know why Tmo can't write a standard app for this, have it work like Skype does and ask if you want to call over wifi
