Default Stuck on Samsung Galaxy W screen

So I attempted to install Cyanogen mod on my phone, and when I rebooted my phone all I get is this screen....


Is it bricked ?

Do full wipe via Cwm, and then try to reflash CM9

Yeah try make full wipe then reflash.

First go into Recovery. Then select the option "wipe data/factory reset" and go down until yes then press the home button once and reboot your phone

Well I didnt flash cm9 my self. My suggestion post your problem here
