This has happened to me sometimes. One issue to look at is that I have seen cases where a corrupted microSD gets the phone stuck at that point. I'm not sure what causes it, but it's worth trying it to remove the microSD and boot again.

Also as everyone has said, go into Recovery and wipe the data partition, clear cache, etc.
