i copied the Rom from temp folder rename the file PG32IMG put it in sd card and it showed me these options

i selected VOL UP and from last 25 minutes its stuck ( see picture below ) ... what should i do now?

I tried this method too but cell phone get stuck on this command

It definitely looks like your USB connection is hosed. Have you tried it on different USB ports on the computer? Do you have another computer you could try?

Are you able to charge the phone?

If it is the USB port on the phone, why not make a warranty claim?

USB cable / ports are fine i can charge the phone ... Tried it on different laptop facing same issue.

OK, so if you put the device in FASTBOOT USB mode and then open your command window and set your working directory to C:\Android, does the command:

fastboot devices

your device serial number?

I know if you use a USB.3.0 port it will not work. I already tried :3

hi tpbklake,
what to basic problems may be I can help you. my question 1st..
1. have ur phone unlock with htcdev (visit via htc unlock bootloader and u will have a token) follow all instruction on web clear
2. finish u can install custom recovery (i think ur phone lock) suggest 4EXT than CWM

have u put ur Serial Number on token? just copy and all will clear.

hi,
have u put ur Serial Number on token? just copy and all will clear.
I am not the one with the issue. I am assisting cateye with his issues. Please read the whole thread and you will see what the main issues are.

strange thing is that now i am getting error when i give this command

fastboot oem get_identifier_token


& when i give this command

fastboot devices

its shows me my device serial number.....
