It is a user debug build and can't be flashed on stock hardware.

P3droid just took a look at it.

He is going to play around with it and see what may be of use from the system.

we already knew that, lol. The guys at droidhive have ripped it down....they are working on some stuff with it.

Mine downloads to the cache directory, as previously stated, but immediately deletes since the auto-install fails. Up through 99% download I can see it along with the CRC file but I don't even get a chance to copy it to another folder before it deletes it at 100%. Gonna try again and this time open the ZIP before it gets to 100%, then maybe that will prevent the auto-delete since the file will be 'in use'. I'll update this thread with my findings.

Someone already got the file over at Droid Hive.

Yeah, I got the file. The copy at 99% worked to lock the file long enough to get it since it hit 100% before the copy completed. It is 300+MB, so I have nowhere to upload it to (not putting it on my own webspace). As an RC I am supposed to have upload space somewhere, but haven't gotten any emails or PMs to explain any of that.

Gonna try all flash methods now.

AP Fast Boot (RSD Lite) - tried flashing but it says XML/files are missing
Stock Recovery - errors out after 50% of validating update file, says 'could not verify full signature'
SafeStrap 1.07 (install zip from SD card method) - Error installing (Status 6)
SafeStrap 1.07 (install update from sd card/external/update.zip) - no go
...Any other flash methods?

NOTE: This is an ICS build though. It contains the FaceLock.apk file (can be seen when you just expand the ZIP). That app is not part of GB.

Great info bro maybe someone can take out the kernel and implant it in a ics rom

I was going to play around with motoflashboot and see if I could get anything flashed at all. I'm betting if I get some part and not the rest flashed then I'd have a semi-bricked phone at the least, but I had RSDLite so I'm feeling a bit frisky :P

Possible - I'm more interested in video camera files (so I can start using my barcode scanner and camcorder again) as well as a (hopefully?) working Webtop for the ICS nightlies....

FYI - I have extracted the radio that comes with this update. It contains a newer LTE radio file, lte.img. I have posted it here in case anyone can figure out how to make a radio-only updater.

This may solve all the radio problems people are having with many of the current Bionic ICS builds, as they may be able to flash this on top of them.

I have replaced the lte.img file in the 5.9.905 update zip with this newer one. I FZX'ed back to .902, then attempted to update with the modified .905 ZIP (that contains the new LTE from this leak), but it fails at the verification step. Anyone know a way to bypass the verification step in the update process for the stock recovery? If there is way to short circuit that check then I can just update to the leak directly from stock recovery because that is the same error that displays.

If anyone knew how to do that, we'd all be running full CM9. The way around the verification is called "unlocking the bootloader".
