i want to remove tw launcher from my galaxy r can any one help??

if you are having any other launcher installed then you can go to Titanium backup and freeze it..

by doing that can i get the original UI of gingerbread??

No you can't because in system/app there must be also another launcher (gingerbread) which isn't there (TOUCHWIZ) so you can remove it but you cant do anything if you have NO launcher only if you have installed another launcher.
