Unhappy Too much OverHeating

Hey guys, im facing tooo much overheating of phone especially during charges and during battery low situations.. and its soo annoying. coz its like as hot as fire.
ive given my device like a 100 times to the service center, but still no change. it keeps overheating like hell.

Is there some kind of a solution to this??
is it because of the battery or is there something wrong with the board?? or may be is there something wrong with the Custom ROM that im using?

Please Help Me!

Thank you!

Stop charging your phone with the supplied charger, always use a computer system to charge. It will stop the overheating cos the voltage from that supplied charger is pretty high compare to the usb from your computer system so it heats up the battery and batteries don't like heat, cos it kills and damages the battery. If you want your battery to last, always use a computer system.

but my phone board heats up more than the battery during charge.. plus when the battery reaches like 70-80% then the heat totally stops.. its so wierd!

try Sharp Modded ROM ... it is .35 kernel base hence you have to flash RC3 first through SUT LR then flash Zip of Sharp modded ROM. There is no overheating problem with that ROM, even now mobile is not heating while playing HD games which was a usual case initially ....

Please note that its .35 kernel based Rom and you are on. 32 kernel based Rom so you have to flash RC 3 through SUT LR and then flash this Sharp mod

  • Disconnect the phone from the computer (If it is connected)
  • Switch off the phone completely
  • press and hold Vol UP (Do not press Vol Down button with it) and Press Power button (Download Mode)
  • Connect your phone to computer Via USB
  • Start SUT LR 1.8.2 (This version is necessary for flashing .35 versions, Old versions will not work)
  • Navigate and Flash your downloaded Firmware
