pls is there any cwm recovery for optimus lu6200 and can anyone help me with how to flash it.Thanks

Download the recovery_lu6200only_CWM 5.8.2.0_no_touch.rar and decompress it onto your PC.

Download

Connect your phone with USB cable in USB debugging Mode (PC Software). After that just start the chinese looking .bat file in the decompressed folder.
Follow the commands on screen, your phone will reboot directly into CWM. If the Command-Screen says its ready... you finally got your CWM.

there is no problem with SMS, also it already comes with CWM / ROOT.

old cwm recovery doesn't work because the official ICS comes with a new bootloader. also, ICS bootloader is incompatible with GB rom or vice versa. so, if you replace the bootloader with the right one, it will work. that also means you can easily switch between ICS and GB if you match the bootloader with the right rom. for anyone interested, here's a touch-based cwm recovery repacked by me. http://115.com/file/anp0lgt5#160触摸版recovery.7z. the bootloader partition is located at /dev/block/mmcblk0p7 with recovery stored at /dev/block/mmcblk0p13. you can use cat command to replace them.

why, p930 has official cmw support and lu6200's cwm is based on it!

how do you get cwm recovery on a 162? I downloaded two files recovery.img and bootloader142.img sorry I'm used to Motorola and don't know much about LG
