Yep..use root explorer or something similar and delete the apex API form your /system. Reboot and install apex from the market.

I realize there is a updated version of apex, its my fault for the error because i installed it to system apps and made it unremovable. Ill try to see what i can do. If you cant see trebuchet settings and you have trebuchet as default. Go to settings clear apex default then set trebuchet as default, now reboot and you should see the settings in the settings app.

My bad of gmail still being there, whenever i merged the latest google apps i forgot to remove gmail.

P.S. - Keep an eye out for an update through glazed mods, i will always release an update 1 day early on that app.

Also does anyone have a free direct link download service im looking to replace minus since it gives users to many problems.

I figured out a way to add videos to glazed mods, keep an eye out for a new mod with a video

You could try devhost or cx for file hosting/sharing.

Does it support direct download links. We dont want the user to click the link then be redirected to a website just to download a mod.

Hyperrunner, I am an ADW Launcher fan from way back and while I of course understand why Trebuchet needs to be included, I always remove Apex as soon I can. You are certainly not the first developer to include both Trebuchet and Apex in the ROM, but to me, Apex (or Go or any other launcher not of my choosing) is just bloat.

That might be a minority opinion, but why not provide a basic launcher only, and let users choose?

Yeah it was my fault i made a mistake and installed apex to the system which made it unremovable. I will fix this in the next rom and make apex removable so if you dont need it you can just uninstall.

Wow hyper the glazed mods are spot on! Other than the problem getting the zip to show up to download ( and that seems to be a web server issue not your app) it is super professional looking! I've taken two of my friends virgin kindles and put this rom on them and they were blown away with how smooth it is and all of the customization available. Just a question though, is beats audio still included? I thought I read that you were going to add it to glazed mods but I don't see it there but I'm hoping you're going to keep it as an option. It really does make a difference.

Thanks for your support. Thanks for the reminder i completely forgot about beats audio in glazed mods, currently glazed ics does have beats audio installed but in a future update i will remove it and add it to glazed mods, so if you want it you can easily install it.

Just a quick update on future updates for this rom. I don't think im going to be able to provide updates as fast as i was before, the reason being is that my computer is starting to fail on me (It gave me 8+ years, it had its run). So until i sort out the issues and get a new computer im going to slow down updates because my computer isnt running as fast as its supposed to be going. You know random shutdowns and whatnot. Sorry guys for the inconvinience.
