INSTRUCTION #1
-Update RADIO
-Download the ZIP
-Flash the ZIP
-This ROM WILL WIPE your phone so backup everything first
-If an abnormality on battery life occurs, charge overnight AFTER cleaning battery cache

INSTRUCTION #2
-Use the kernel that suits your phone the best (DO NOT flash the latest bricked kernel 1.32 *its not meant for this build* DOWNLOAD the 1.31! it will make your phone even smoother than even an iPhone )
-Use set cpu
-On the developer settings, ONLY turn on DEBUGGING and FORCE 2DGPU (THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
-Wipe battery cache and wipe all partitions (except sdcard with recovery) before flashing -- for best performance and battery life

not theyre not cold claims. no Issue or bugs whatsoever on this, if you don't put random mods. AND YES if you install custom kernel (like in the instruction) it will have lag free. ONLY Install custom kernel that suits your phone hardware best, in my case Bricked works best and with the force 2DGPU rendering on in the settings, my phone is very responsive.

You mentioned in the first post about updating radio - I've got 11.69.3504.00U_11.22.3504.07_M. Is this correct?

Also, does the ROM automatically wipe all? Like the "Format all partitions" option in 4EXT?

Yep that's exactly the latest and the right radio
Yep it'll automatically wipe all, but I suggest to also wipe all partitions of the recovery too enjoy
