Do you use the multi window feature?
If so i've noticed that does make the CRT a little sporadic at times, I haven't noticed it with 1.9, i've had CRT every single time, so the only thing i can suggest is that something is causing it rather than the rom, as like i said i don't have that issue, just to test, make sure multi window has completely closed out from your main screen before locking your phone, see if that helps.

Someone was saying that with the latest siyah there is a fair bit of drain, think it might have been buster a good few pages back, might have even been 1.88 instead of 189, as far as i remember, i think 1.8.4 worked best.
Give it a whirl and check your phone and apps for wakelocks and adverts within apps etc.Check to see if the culprit is actually the rom, have to say, battery life isn't great but i do see the day out.

Check your apn, i assume that is what you mean by net.
