How to speed up One X defects

Hi,

I'm planning on buying a HOX which comes with a 14 day full refund warranty. But seems the issues of HOX usually come to light after several weeks. I like to know if there are things I can do to speed it up, especially to identify the wifi issue and the screen flickering/yellow spot issue.

Download the app "Phone Tester" test the phone out ... and another thing is have confidence in the product you buy. Use it in everyday situations rigorously for the 14 days: text, gaming, browsing, twitter, fb, navigation, camera, video, etc...open a white background and check for yellow tint streaks and/or spots...while u do all those ^ does the phone get unbearably hot? is there a change in color temperature while the phone heats up a little bit and during heavy usage? CHARGE THE BATTERY TO FULL OUT OF THE BOX BEFORE FULL USAGE, ITS GOING TO CHARGE SLOW 1ST TIME...give a few charge cycles before you determine battery health/life...
