It's an Android "easter egg". It's not device specific, but i still have no idea why it exists.

Yep its in every Android version even some roms :P I found it and feel like changing it . I believe a member of the s2 found this. Its also in ICS but its an ice cream sandwich Android lol

This came with the Team Whiskey Bionic 1.3.1 ... But my question is how do you save it after you unlock it?
