can this affect warranty?

probably a stupid question as i could just buy a new battery if something happened....

Big thanks to searley who raised this idea, i made one for my S3 as well. Yet since i used copper wire you will see this fits perfectly in the S3 backcover

winbytrick, did you solder? If not what kind of tape did you use?
Current Devices:
Verizon: Note 2, Palm Pre 3, Palm Pre 2
Sprint Phones: Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy S3, Nexus S 4g, Photon, every Palm phone available...

I have modified mine a little

I have rotated the coil by 180 degrees and lowered it so its over the sim card

This allows full use if NFC

Nice idea, i did consider this before modded my S3. Yet it seems the S3 will lose balance when charging since the magnets is quite low

I am so doing this as soon as I get my gs3. I have the hp touchpad & love the wireless charging. can someone post the part numbers or phone model numbers that I need to look for?
