Talking SATNAV

I know there is Google for use as a satnav, I know you can get free navs etc.. but I wanted a good offline nav (I know google will let you soon download maps )

So I brought Go Pilot ( 25 pounds .. ish )

Installed it... all fine

went down the M4 , went though a tunnel and it went into tunnel mode, and stayed there ...
on the way back home I went though another tunnel ( short ) it went into tunnel mode and stayed there ...

I testes 5 other satnavs.. all worked fine...

I spoke to the developers of co pilot at first they said it wa my fault .. the phone is rubbish ... I asked for my money back they deneied.

Fineraly after many weeks , they finarly admitted there was an issues with the Xperia S not working with there Satnav software .

I asked for my money back , they said no .
I asked why did not tell me this when I brought it... they said we were not sure if it worked with your phone or not.

I went to google , who said yes !!

Back to Google then !!!
At Last !! Sony Xperia S (unlocked) 4.0.4 and N7 4.2.1 ( stock ) !! and my old faithful Desire +Class 10 32GB card

I also use Co Pilot and yes I have experienced this issue and end up having to close it and open back up. There is another issue I've had on both the Xperia Arc and the S that if you come out of it to do something text/change music/email etc then the program resets and asks you for your route again. Quite annoying but I like the program so stick with it for all its faults.
