Neo Stock ICS : Doesn't show Phone Contacts?

Hi,

Finally sony released ics 4.0.4 and i updated my MT15a .Usually i store some of my contacts in Phone Contacts (not under my gmail account)

After update every thing was fine. Then i rooted the phone and used root explorer and "SystemCleanup APP" to remove junk apps. the apps that i removed are :

Semcsnpstore.apk , JapaneseIME.apk Weatherwidget.apk updatecenter.apk , EventStreamPlugintweeter.apk , EventStreamPluginFacebook.apk , FBsetupwiz.apk, YoutubePlugin.apk , YoutubeKaraokePlugin.apk , wikipediaPlugin.apk , ChineseTextinput.apk , mcafeesecuritysuite.apk , storefront.apk , officesuite.apk , facebook.apk (and all FB**.apk,all Facebook related) , TeltraONE app, talkback.apk , Sonyqirocitymusic.apk , POBoxsknwood.apk , PoBoxsknpink.apk , and UEFA App.

i copied all the apk files before removing them.

i should say , first i removed a few apps with root explorer, everything was fine. after removing other apps with "SystemCleaup" and making Google music a system app and reboot , Suddenly the contacts doesn't show anything that stored in phone memory.Other contacts in my gmail accounts are ok!

I flashed the ftf file again Without wiping anything , but even that didn't solve the problem.

I tried exDialer (+exContacts) and it shows all the contacts (in Phone memory and Gamil account) , but stock contacts app can't do it!

I know i could solve this by reinstalling the ROM with Wiping everything (or a complete repair by SUS), but i prefer not to.

Does anyone have any idea? or how could i solve this problem?

I repaired the phone with sus and everything is ok now. it seems that i messed up something when i was removing packages.

Currently rooted and Junk Apps Removed (this time i was much more careful) and everything is OK!

Contacts>Filter>Phone Contacts-check "All contacts"

Do the same for all other services that you have (facebook, yahoo, gmail etc)

Hi,

I checked it (filter option in contacts) before doing anything and selected all of them,but for some unknown reason , it didn't show phone contacts! ( i think i messed up something when i was removing junk apps)

anyway everything is OK now!
