defy car dock with built in usb?

Hi everyone - I get in and out of my car several times during errands and I want to take the defy with me and not leave it in the car.

I also have a few things going on the defy so it eats battery and I like to keep it on usb charge in the car.

So my question is if there is a car dock/holder that will also charge without have to stop and plug in a cable and unplug it constantly? I am thinking "drop and go" easiness, almost like a home dock. Obviously I'd have to leave it in landscape but I can accept that.

I'd like to suction it to my dashboard but I guess I am open to other possibilities.

I am in the market for one too but i don't think there is one available.

I think I'll have to make one.

Take a desktop tray with usb that the phone easily drops into and modify it so it can be held against the dash.
