[Q] Can i make a full copy and flash it to another phone?

Hi im new posting on the site and i look 4 some info regarding this matter and dint find anything.

So my wife drop the phone and the screen broke i was looking for a replacement and is more cheaper to buy a used phone than to fix the screen, but my company here in PR is Open Mobile. i was wondering if i can make a full copy of my existing phone and just like copy & paste it to a verizon one since both unit are i500 i think it should work.

Is this doable? and please if its let know how it can be done.
