Well all last week I tested it on a previous kernel build in a 4g area and I noticed that the rom does well as long as you dont turn on 4g and go at it for a long time. Phone gets hot and battery goes waaaaayyyy down. And also on the current build i find that Juice Defender actually still comes in handy. So far ive been up since 10AM and its 8:30 pm and im at 48% battery which I think is plenty acceptable.

The problem is that the op state's that there was work done into making the packaged cwm SAFE. I think moving on from here the OP should be updated and inform users to avoid using the recovery at all to avoid any other users thinking it would be safe to use it to flash/restore/backup to avoid any more further bricks.

I have made the included clockworkmod as safe as I can make it.

Ok, I read the whole thing and I understand that he could of worded the whole OP a little different ... now, no matter how safe it is, it still safer to flash to an EL26 for your phone's sake ... even if you are using Agat's safe kernel
