Edit: This was assuming you are on KPN network. Else you should not have an issue anyway, as no other network in the Netherlands has HD voice enabled.
No I tested all my calls with 3G and I'm on KPN (Telfort), Today I tested with couple of calls, none of them were disorted. Only 2 of my 5 calls said they heard my voice like I'm talking far to the mic.
I had distortion issues too. Now I dont understand it anymore .
This is exactly what I did:
- Installed Omega 6.0 ROM via ODIN
- Deleted some apps with Titanium Backup
- Installed Siyah Kernel
After 1 day I tried installing latest CM9 Nightly again.
First:
- Recovery -> Installed CM9 Nightly without gapps just too test it. Wipe data/cache after that and reboot. -> I could make calls without distortion.
- After that installed gapps 17032012 just too test it. I could still make calls ?!?!
Unrelated but will Cyanogen mod team be working on porting Android Jelly Bean as it's been leaked for nexus also paranoid rom has fully working camera which is based off CM9 why don't just remove the tablet UI features etc
..
1) Take some pictures with camera
2) Close camera
3) Open gallery and choose Camera album
4) Choose a picture then delete it
5) The deleted picture now keeps appearing after changing to a different picture

We'll work on Jelly Bean once Google drops the source. We can't do anything with SDK or dumps.
