Might be time for new friends? :P

Seriously though, by buying an Android, you know what you're getting yourself into. Apple can optimize their software to take advantage of their hardware. Nokia can do the same. Android has to work around everyone else.

Look up the Motorola Razr MAXX (from memory) if you want better battery time. By packing a larger battery, it can have multiple days of heavy use - you just have to pay for it, like you do with an iPhone.

You can't get cheap, Android and battery life in the same sentence. You can have the freedom of Android, or your battery life on Nokia.

man you can't expect more battery backup than 7-9 hours if you do continuous surfing with display on..
My galaxy always dies in 5-6 hours .. if i use gprs all time with display on
same happens to my nokia 603 too but it lasts around 8-9 hours
if you use 3G it will die even faster

Android OS can handle lots of resources but like my friends tease me that whats the use of such OS if someone cant use his android phone more than just 10 hours???
Let me make this straight, you are using a CUSTOM rom, It probably isn't stable yet and has some problems causing drain already.
You are using a SLCD screen for 4 hours with browsing and a 2G connection (Uses too much power), what do you expect?

put ur battery on a plain surface n rotate it , if it is rotating easily n for long tym than ur battery is faulty

secondly taste the metal pin area area of ur battery if u feel too much salty taste on ur tongue than it ok

note ur battery percentage than remove ur battery from ur phone put it aside for 1-2 hours than plug it again , if there is fall in battery percentage than its defenately faulty

Ya its costly. Anyway I think u should find some online shopping sites on internet which can make deliveries in India free of cost. Our battery is of 1650 mA. If u want higher mV battery then definitely it will cost u more. More mA will provide u more battery backup.
But still I will say that flash stock GB rom & without any modification use battery with it. It will ensure u that battery drain is due to any mods or due to bad battery itself.
