Default Try launcher 7

Guys I'm using launched 7 and its simply beautiful on the HTC one x it looks good works good and is very lite

Use the free version with an ad blocker such as adaway and it runs amazing

Will switch to launcher 7 as soon as they make it full screen...without the 3-dot bar

If u flash any from the 3 dots are gone

I'm extremely impressed with how smooth it is running. The animations are slick, setup is simple, and access to my apps is easier now. Going to keep it installed and switch back and forth for a while. Nice catch!

yeah btw if u want a little faster aniumations change the animation speed to 60ms it greatly increases how fast it runs and i found out battery drain is alot less from it

also make sure to add widgests u can do so by creating a widget page wich saves bttery
