OK being a fellow dev...heres my review..

This my my point of view, please don't take offense, id expect the same in return

SGSIII Bootanimation Nice Touch
Miui music Found it wasn't the same after using beats
Miui Camera Can't use it....being as the salsa has front face camera...u loose that ability
WP7 lockscreen Not a great fan...but it works
Launcher7 I do like this launcher...clean and simple
Metro-Messaging Really bad app...with even worse ratings.... theres others out there better
Deodexed
Glass theme,status bar not transperant Good choice...im a transparent fan lol
Flipboard cool
DSP Manager 2.35 Dont use...but cool
KickassKernel Doesn't work....seems pointless without a modified rom

I did only use this briefly to test out while flashing my own...its got its good points and bad...guys make your own decision...mines fact based lol
Over all good though...very good first rom...keep it going!

removed htccalender and replaced miui calendar my 4.0 lockring (ford)
removed metro messaging and replaced with my V1 mms.apk(still need to develope it)
removed 3.5 gallery app and replaced it with stock gingerbread
added tranperency in the status bar with stock battery
no htc widgets(debloated)
Facebook is fully working
