Step 1 pick a base
Step 2 reboot to clockwork (MOST PEOPLE REPORT BEST SUCCESS WITH TOUCH CLOCKWORK)
Step 3 Wipe Data Factory/Data Reset
Step 4 Wipe System under mounts and storage
Step 5 Flash Base And Modem Immediately After
Step 6 reboot your phone
Step 7 install busybox with supplied installer
Step 8 reboot to clockwork
Step 9 flash latest Update
Step 10 Reboot phone and Fix permissions with rom Manager
-Twux may fc just clear the caches or use another launcher i use twhome
-smart stay beta may fc when low light help is on ad shutter sound is on
when switching language keyboard initially takes a moment to come out
(its loading libs and scanning framework be patient)
-Twux the App drawer may be missing simply
go into settings and adjust the dock to 6 slots and save
-speed version may cause lag or hot phone.. Flash another kernel...
-TwUX on first flash will be wonky
simply tap bottom left haptic feedback button
while on the home screen
go to ux settings then in the top right corner hit save
and voila
-Note make sure youve installed busybox and fixed permissions
some say it helps stick .. it is a beta tw ux if it sucks for you
use the other tw

instant lock
-fixed a conflicting scripts
-added tw30 launcher to loopy smooth scrolling script
-alotted more ram for the launcher
-also rebulletproofed and added back to ram
-increased max handler events(touch responsiveness)

-added twux 4x5 launcher (Removed beta 3)
-ux settings wont work until we move back to the beta builds
(Until smando can fix his betas these will be included as to not tarnish the feel of the rom)

-Had to fix dalvik cahe handling to keep up with cron
it was killing caches to quickly causing launchers to fc
