If you're not already planning on doing so, would you please correct the link and references to the source code to reflect the correct T999 as opposed to the incorrect T999V?

Not complaining, just trying to be helpful.

I have to do same thing phone will be here tomorrow so what i did was flash the new update UVALH2 in development i first used the toolkit to flash stock recov. Then used wilchlds odin package for the new update it is complete stock everything went great and it over writes root just delet superuser from market then when u actually have to send it in do a factory reset=profit....heres odin package
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xqui...B.zip/download
And first remember to flash stock recovery before using odin. I used the toolkit for that...also mycounter did not move because it is stock firmware. Hope i helped.....so basically flash stock recovery. Then odin stock rom. Boot up delete super user. Factory reset....thats it

I used this. I had this installed and super easy to use. I couldnt find stock recovery anywhere else.. its essy just fire it up. I think u need adb installed for the toolkit to work but it does pretty much everything. Really what u could do is dl the toolkit then navigate to the recovery folder and pull the stock recov for our phone out and fire odin up . This is if u dont have adb installed.
