To flash please use LATEST FLASHTOOL 0.8.6.0, download from here: http://androxyde.github.com/Flashtool/
If you use older one you will get errors like:

This is the prerooted system.img of Generic CH Rom!

Then flash this systemimage with fastboot, to flash it type:

fastboot flash system XperiaS_prerooted_ICS_452.img

reboot & done

Manual way:
Download recovery-nozomi.img from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1596285
Download SuperSu form here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1538053

Flash the recovery-nozomi.img with:

fastboot flash boot recovery-nozomi.img

Boot into recovery -> Flash SuperSU from "SDcard" (be sure to copy over before you go into recovery! Recovery is broken a little, so its safer to copy file over before!
After flash ist done, flash back original kernel -> Open the FTF file with 7Zip or similar compress-program and extract kernel.sin, or download from attachement, after done:

fastboot flash boot kernel.sin

Finish

Nice work, sad that it seems Sony have dropped the ICS theming of icons in the top bar though. Really liked that in the vanilla build, roll on CM9.
