I believe out of the box no. But someone is already working on it (see the AT&T System dump thread in the dev section)

Its there, and i believe you have to use a 3rd party app to set it correctly.

Right now, if you select a picture to use as your wallpaper, it crops it to the size of a single screen, but not wide enough to scroll it like expected.

UPDATE: Get the app Wallpaper Maker by Qiang Lui from the play store. This worked perfectly for me

You can also use Wallpaper Setter.
