Default [Q] Screen Replacement
I have looked everywhere and have been unable to find a replacement screen. The outter glass is broken, everything else is working fine. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try contacting the authorized service center near you. I just had my HMP's touchscreen replaced last week. Make sure you have a backup though cause it seems they also reset the unit after I got it back.
