Hi there,
this app is really cool

I whished for something similar in Windows Phone Device Manager.

Just some advices/suggestions (I know this is a beta version) :

1) This is still too laggy, you need to do some optimization (the task running on the phone makes it lagging too)
2) It would be great if you could use the desktop keyboard to write on the phone
3) It would be great it the client could connect to Host names other than IPs

All I get is "please run the client from the device". How do I configure any of these apps?

On device you need installed wPhoExplorer.xap client and set your IP address, on PC app you can see on title ;)
