The first step

download recovery.rar

copy the inside two folders to system\cache

lost+found Jurisdiction:rwxrwx---
recovery Jurisdiction:rwxrwx---

last_log Jurisdiction:rw-r-----(last_log in recovery folder)

if I understand correctly your phone is Lww
this method does not work on this phone with firmware version 62
and you should use lower version of firmware to make it root or flash a stock kernel

My phone Android version is 4.0.4

I don't want to unlock

so I use this method, this method is not suitable for firmware version 62

First of all
ROOTING doesnt have anything to do with the bootloader
also
CWM Installation does not unlock the bootloader
and
Once Bootloader is unlocked ,your warranty is void

to enter CWM menu
press power on
when the sony logo appears,keep on pressing the volume key down
(for lww,keep the home button pressed too)
