I think it's not really that important exactly when. I would try and connect right when the kernel boot image disappears.....but I think that's not the issue....I think the issue is that there is no USB debugging so you will have a really hard time getting a logcat. I would try and edit the build.prop and add: persist.sys.usb.config=mass_storage,adb

The easiest way is to use 7zip to open the archive and then select build.prop and "open outside"....edit and put it back.

I briefly had a port of the neo Paranoid ROM (version 2) working with FXP125... so maybe that kernel will work with your ROM.

This is sick.
I'm loving the ROM for the SGS2 and to be honest, the screen is probably too small but on the other hand this ROM lets you set individual dpi on each and one app
And I for one can't believe that gmail and browser/chrome doesn't use "tabmode" on phones as standard 'cuz they're awsome that way.

I have successfully PORTED it to our Ray, it boots up and everything. looks awesom. i just need testers before i ask permission to post it on here and to see if everything works.

so... any testers please?
