Problem

Just bought a new transformer prime from best buy. Tried to turn it on and it doesn't turn on . I am currently charging it and waiting. . Any help

Make sure the prime is actually charging. On the dock there should be a LED by the connector. On the tablet itself on the power button there is an LED. If its glowing it should mean its charging.

Press and hold the button for about 10-15 seconds, sometimes i gotta do that for my prime to have it actually boot. Give er a shot, maybe you werent holding the button down long enough.

If LED's are not lighting then maybe the charger is bad or the cable is broken. Was the box sealed or open? try to give us a little more to go on...

Most primes arrived dead on arrival so just charge it and you will be good to go :3

Your prime is dead dude just charge it. It should vibrate when u charge it. But, you already knw that

make sure you press the power button firmly down tell you fell it vibrate.

If your prime after charge didnt want to boot use paperclip and make cold boot..sry for bad english

Do you have the dock?

I had this the other day after charging on the dock and it would not power on until I took the tablet off the dock and plugged the charger into the tablet directly. It then powered on fully charged.

Got new one . Working good. Now all is need is the links to root unlocking the device and cwm ...
