Turning off phone reset battery stats?

If I turn off the phone, will the battery stats in the settings be reset?

No.
Charge battery to 100%.
Boot the phone in cwm recovery & clear Battery Stats.
Reboot phone.

No. However, battery stats are largely irrelevant. Read this post by Google's Dianne Hackborn on G+. Battery stats are reset "every time you unplug from power with a relatively full charge".

There is no way to 'calibrate' an SGS2 battery, best you can do is charge to 100% and enjoy. Deleting battery stats achieves absolutely nothing.
