I have Modded DSPManager to use the libs & Audio files from BEATS to work with AOKP & CM9 ONLY!!!

Flashing this will not mess up your other Equalizers!!

Make sure to change in SETTINGS/SOUND/MUSIC EFFECTS to AWESOME BEATS.

Just flash it nothing but awesomeness can happen!

Not working on Omega v1.1 AOKP.When I select beats in sound/music effects and press ok I get a message saying musicfx is not working. Set up everything in awesome beats then started playing music with power amp..... changing equalizer settings in power amp and awesome beats made no difference to the sound at all.

Well if you are using poweramp you will hear no difference with any equalizer if you have the direct control option enabled in settings(of poweramp). Make sure that is disabled and try again for results(I hope you get something you like, sound is so subjective).

Had already been using DSP Manager so I knew about disabling direct control.. it was the first thing I made sure was disabled when started.

Did a reboot and it's working now....full range of the equalizer in power amp now accessible
