Sony Smartwatch in Japan

Anyone know where I can find a Sony Smartwatch in Japan (either Tokyo or Nagoya)? I can't order it online, as I'm not staying anywhere for a long enough period of time. My friend has never heard of it, and I really want one seeing as my watch just broke.

Im sorry I totally misread the question, if touring Japan atm you can try ordering the smart watch from amazon Japan and request the hotel that you ordered a package and request to hold it for you at the desk when it arrives. Give them gratuity and they should have no problem telling staff to hold your shipment
