[Q][A510] unable to install firmware.

I was using Acer_AV041_A510_1.044.00_WW_GEN1, so I downloaded Acer_AV041_A510_1.076.00_PA_CUS1 and changed into update.zip, putting into FAT32 sd card. then power on + volume down, on the android robot, the progress stops before it reached half, and it turned into a red mark, I think it means failed?

however, when I tried SDs_Acer_AV041_A510_RV28RC02_WW_GEN1 / Acer_AV041_A510_1.073.00_WW_GEN1, things work out well. is it because of the region difference?

my bootloader is not unlocked. do I have to unlock it? Thanks guys.
