i get up to where I click on PDA, select the clockwork.tar file, hit start, and it does nothing... Any ideas?

this was the easiest root I've ever done!! Been doing it since the HTC HD2 and this was almost a point and click deal! Awesome work!

Not to be nit-picky but the ebay listing you posted clearly states:

"This USB jig can only bring your phones into Download Mode. It CANNOT reset your phone binary counter and remove yellow triangle.." right above the instructions for the jig.
