Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i??

Are all the roms in this forum also made for GT-S5830i?? Can anyone tell me the difference between GT-S5830 vs GT-S5830i? Which is better?

No.
Every rom/kernel/fix/mod etc for original s5830 wont work on s5830i as both got different hardware. Cpu, gpu is different.

Theres a basic deodexed stock rom for s5830i with nice ics theme and stuff. Also I think theres clockworkmod recovery too, but no kernel yet.

There is only one rom for your device.
There is only one kernel available for your device.
S-5830 and S-5830i are different from each other.Infact,S-5830 is more similar to SGY rather than the SGA.
