Default rebooting issues

i have read of guys having rebootimg issues from the a700 gettimg hot when is use and today i have had it to it to me twice.......NOT COOL!

ive been playing simple games and after 10-15 mins of play, it reboots. Gaming was one pf the main reasons i bought this and if it cant play a game longer than 10-15 mims, thats a HUGE deal breaker for me.

I like the tab overall but this is 100% unacceptable

I don't have that reboots.
I didn't buy the A700 for gaming, but I did that racing game that is preinstalled. I did that also for more that 10-15min and never had a reboot. The A700 gets warm during playing and if there is a "bigger" process in the background (like a chat message), the game sometimes stumbles.

If I wanted just an internet tablet to run Dolphin on and check my mail and ebay I would have bought a much cheaper tab.

I haven't had any issues with rebooting here either.

Never had a reboot before, but I had one yesterday watching a video. After 15 minutes (the device also was very hot at that time) the tablet rebooted ... this was on the 1.028.00 flashed euro firmware.

Had no reboot, but a freeze yesterday.
I was watching a YouTube video and started typing for a search. There i had that freeze.
Only solution was to press the reset button of the A700.

I had Only One reboot in 2 weeks it was during gaming with the Tab lying down in the bed. This is the same situation with my laptop (overheating) when lying on the bed or the couch.

I've noticed much less heating if there is some space to let heat flow away, for example with a book under the Tab.

Hope this helps

Default ICS issue?

Hi. as I live in the UK I'm still waiting for this tablet so I can't discuss about it But I had the first transformer and, as most people know, it had a couple of months of reboot issue after updating to ICS. same problems with prime and samsung S2. I bet it's not tablet related and will be solved with some updates.
Still remember that windows had 20 yrs of BSOD before windows 7

Well just as an update, I narrowed down the issue to be the case I had the tablet in. Once I changed cases I no longer overheated and would reboot.

What case did you have that was causing the issues?
