Default How to flash baseband safely ?
I have tried my Springboard on the SIM cards of two different AWS HSPA carriers since I had installed the international ICS ROM. It won't connect to the networks at all, but it works with a 1900 HSPA carrier. So I'm wondering if this ROM could have zapped its ability to use the AWS frequency band.

Is there a way to reflash just the baseband without messing up anything else? I already learned the hard way that at least one of the modem files carries information about the IMEI and SIM unlock status and shouldn't be manually reflashed.
