Yes, it is compatible with that bootloader. It seems to be pretty comparable with XXLA2 (or whatever the 4.0.4 one was)

After flash ROM, and have rebooted I can't get access to CWM in order to install Root fix. Any idea?

you need to reinstall cwm

Anyone able to get ./adb devices to show up? It's blank. Have USB Debugging enabled.

There's no need to reinstall CWM. Just reboot back into CWM and flash root fix.
