Here are my repacked versions of the kernel eybee1970 sent me:

deleted

In deed, it seems very different from previous kernels.
Bad news: it has still the EMMC brick bug

Good news: I patched it using same previous method.

Let me know if my uploaded kernels do work.
- if recovery is now secured: use odin package and flash my root files in bundled cwm6
- if recovery still cool on test keys: use teh zip package and flash in stock recovery. It will also root your ROM

Please confirm if it is a JB. I cannot test it further sadly since I do not have a Note
build.pop is not in ramdisk, so cannot check just with a compiled kernel. It is in remaining rom files
