Hi, I'm new in samsung handset and I can't get my previous Gnexus VZW to work in other cell provider network.
Do you know if this apps can tweak SGS3 to work in other network?

Does the phone need to be "unlocked" first before using ODIN? How do I know whether my phone is locked or not?
