I would totally sell you mine in mint condition, s-off, rooted and running my favorite lightningfast undeadk9 Rubix Rom... BUT I was planning to replace it with a banned Galaxy Nexus as well...

F- Apple. They were scared of the 349.00 price tag for an unlocked premium no-contract Android world phone biting into their marketshare.

I would wait. Simple as that. If you want a QWERTY phone, this is a nice one. But we have a few roms and its a good. We have what we need, and nothing we don't. If you a flashaholic, buy a GNEX off NewEgg. Or buy.com. **** Apple, they can't stop you from getting a nice phone.

They should. Apple just blocked the sales of ones from Google, you should be able too. Worse comes to worse, you can't check out. Try all your trusted sites. Newegg, Buy.Com, O.Co, Amazon, Ebay. Cowboom. Etc, etc.
