Damaged SD card, but not really

So I been flashing a few roms lately...TW based...every now and then I get a message of SD card damaged....I ignore it and reboot which usually skips the issue, but does anyone know what prompts this? Happened on the venum/super galaxy/mijjaz/blu kuban and I have no idea why.

I don't know what directly causes it but I found this link:

I hope it helps. You may just have to back up all your data on the SD card and reformat it and put the data back on.

Thanks for searching that....the weird thing is the SD card isn't really damaged and the error goes away after a reboot. Never pops up again no matter how long I keep my phone on or the ROM installed. Maybe its an ICS glitch on our devices?

I don't know if its a glitch or not. I'm not running ICS. Thinking about jumping to CM9 but kinda scared atm. lol but I couldn't find anything else on the SD card notification. Sorry I couldn't help more
