For me siyah 1.3 is the best. Best is you test different kernels and making your own choice.

Not working siyah 1.2.6 and 1.3.1.sorry but I don't know how take logs from logcatfree.I can but logs are too much

Okay, CM9 is base for everything. When something's fixed in, say, AOKP/AOSP, it means CM9 is the reason behind the fix. It'll have had the fix even before the branch ROM. You can't have '2', without having at least '1'.

We ported this ROM & based its Camera on the latest Nightly CM9 build (dated 29/6/12).
Camera, for me, works instantaneously.

Only bug with camera is the Graphical (Button Shape) Glitch, which the Paranoid Team is trying to sort out. it'll be done quite soon in the future releases.
