It's 30 or 45 days for the price match after you purchase it and the competitor has to have it in stock and have that price at the time of price match.

It's been 3 days and it didn't show up in my bank account yet. Wah wah.

if you have a receipt showing you were refunded the difference, I wouldn't worry...it takes 3-5 business day sto show up on your card

refunds take a lot longer to show up than a charge....go figure

Does this work for folks not eligable for an upgrade yet and bought the device at full price?

no..since the 150 is an upgrade or new customer price

it would only work if their out the door pirce was $499 or something to save $50

Just to confirm the radioshack deal is not online only. It's an actual in store offer. That's why I love radioshack they always have really good deals

exactly..any bb employee that states otherwise is a moron and deserves to be fired....go up to the manager, then corporate to get what is rightfully yours

if not, just return the sucker and go to RS to get it...it'll cost BB more in the long run and make them see the sense in that
